Rosemary Crackers

450 Oven

1.3/4 C. Flour

1 Tbs Chopped Roasemary

1 teas. Baking Powder

1/2 C. Water

1/3 C. Olive Oil & more for brushing on

Flaky Sea Salt Maldon

Mix Flour, Baking Powder, Salt & Rosemary in a bowl.

Make a well in the center and gradually add Water & olive oil.

Mix with a wooden spoon until dough forms.

Knead 4-5 times, divide into 3 pieces.

1 roll one piece at a time on parchment paper as thin as possible.

Brush with Olive Oil and Sprinkle with Sea Salt.

Bake till Golden brown.

I usually double the recipe :)
